This means fewer surprises and more certainty – you know where your investment is going and how to prioritise what matters most. 

Step 4: Refinement & Fixed Price

Once the concept and budget align, we refine the design into a build-ready plan. At this stage, every detail is considered: structural requirements, kitchen and laundry designs, material choices, council compliance, and interior specifications.

From here, we prepare a fixed-price build contract, so you can proceed with total confidence, knowing your project is locked in without hidden costs.

With contracts signed, it’s time to build. Our dedicated project managers and trusted team of trades bring the plans to life with precision and care. You’ll have clear communication at every stage, so you’re never left wondering where things stand.
