We guide you through design and consent
New Zealand building codes and resource consents can be hard to work through from a distance. We work alongside the architect and take your design through planning and council approvals, so nothing stalls.
Your home is ready when you arrive
​We manage the site from foundations through to the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), the council sign off that confirms your home is complete and meets the building code. You arrive to a finished home, ready to move into.
