The monochrome palette beautifully ties the exterior to the interior in this minimalist design. The exterior is simple but smart with a clever mix of silver brick and black stained ShadowClad, flowing through to a modern interior of polished concrete, matt black finishes and pops of timber.

This home was designed for easy family living to accommodate a young family, with the lower level living areas opening up to the North and the in-ground swimming pool. Upstairs is the private space with bedrooms, a second lounge and office space.
